Product offerings, breaking news and updates on the latest technologies are all communicated today mostly via emails. Over the last several years, marketing automation and email tools such as MailChimp and Hubspot have further streamlined the email process. We can now track who opens an email and whether or not they click or "engage" with the message in the email.
Since 2002, I have been using email to not only communicate more effectively with prospects and customers, but to optimize the sales process for my clients.
